PladdPezzPunk Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 i paid 1500 for mine from the local speed shop (Performance Unlimited in Enfield Ct). was a couple bucks more but he helps me out with alot of other things so it winds up being a wash in the end than if i were to price shop for everthing. 06redSSrwd Posted February 8, 2007 Report Share Posted February 8, 2007 i paid around 1700 installed, mine was a couple hundred extra because i have the remote and touch keypad entry so the labor was a little more to wire it. I love mine but i wouldn't recommend getting all the electronics, i've had mine for 3 months, i've had one actuator blow (it was a fluke though), but now i have water leaking in from the keypad when it rains and it shorted out my entire system. Gaylord's is really professional and they're sending me everything new to replace and just told me to seal it up with silicone. But it's just brain damage i have to deal with My advice is this, the more simple the better, the more you add the more headache you'll have, another add-on/mod is just another thing that can break on your truck ES Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

blackbeast ss Posted February 23, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 23, 2007 well just ordered my gaylord x2000 speedstur cover it was 1280.00 not bad.hey did you guys know that gaylord is also adding the keyless remote and doom light as standard its not an option anymore hope its not hard to wire up.has anybody done this before if so any tips will help thanks again guys.
