ride0581
I have recently installed a new 255 pump and after a couple of tunes the supercharger is only building 5 psi- not sure if the belt is slipping or not - a couple of weeks ago supercharger was building boost just fine8-10psi Any other feedback would be most appreciated

SCIV
Excessive dusting at the bracket? Vac line off @ bypass valve? And the ever so popular check every hose clamp. Gotta check the stupid stuff first.
hellbents10
yup check your hoses and stuff. Could be a bypass just like stated above. Edited February 8, 2007 by hellbents10 (see edit history)
zippy
Curious, what size pulley are you running and which head unit do you have? Also, what are your shift points?
RevolutionRaceWorks
Defintely more info on your setup would be a great help but it sounds like a boost leak to me. Even off idle my D1 made 6 psi at 2600 with the 3 core IC setup and a 4.0 pulley. So if you could get us info on your setup that would be a great help in anyone sending you advice.
