fjb20
Bought a set of Caltrac Bars for my 2001 Silverado 5.3L. Haven't had them put on yet - But I've read a few posts about noise. Anybody have them and what kind of noise do they make?? Don't really understand how but I don't have mine on yet. Thanks Alot !!
fjb20
I've heard something about heater hose on the bolts. Don't get it but maybe not too many people have caltracs and I'm not gonna put mine on until I find out. Don't need all that clankin. I've got a daily driver . Luv to get rid of the wheel hop but not at the price of a bunch on noise.
fjb20
FOUND IT -- DID IT -- Now to get them installed and see if all the hype is true about gettin it out of the hole with little or no wheel hop. Thanx Edited February 12, 2007 by fjb20 (see edit history)

fjb20
3/4 X 2 5/8" THICK heater hose on the upper bolts. Let ya know after the install. Gotta find someone near Philadelphia that has installed Caltracs. THANX
