SSThunder Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 I used the Joe Gibbs brackets to mount my intercooler in the lower from bumper. The only problem was that the intercooler had to be mounted upside down. Will this cause any problems? I hooked up the hoses correctly just wonder if being upside down will cause any flow problems. Next question. Can I use the GM antafreeze in the radix intercooler? I also upgraded the stock trans cooler at the same time. I used the same cooler and MrP and Chase. I was wondering how much ATF I should put in the trans to replace what I lost(very little) and because the new trans cooler is soooo much larger than the stock one. I just need to switch my hose hookep so the fluid from the SC comes in at the top hookup. Anybody got an answer about using GM antafreeze(sp?) in the intercooler? I've got to install the stock radix tune(superchips) and they have me removing a bunch of fuses. Do I really have to remove these fuses?
