detjoe
I had a trans done under warranty with my kit and a TBTC...you should be fine. The service guy who brought my truck around said "you have some stuff done to this hugh?"
misterp
Almost all tranny specialists will not be able to tell a shift kit was installed just looking at the parts spread across the table, the only exception being if you install any billet servos or exotic clutch materials (those are obvious). I don't think that there has been one person yet that has been confronted by a dealer for installing a shift kit or vette servo; aftermarket converters & billet servos are a different matter. The more important worry I would have is that if your tranny does go bad the dealer will just pull it out and install a remanufactured one on the spot and send yours in as a core, meaning you will loose your shift kit.
