Houses are way over priced here! silicon valley is one of the highest priced areas in the world to live in. are they worth it is a relative question to me. my house like most in this tract was built in 1960. most are 2 story 5 bedroom 2 or 3 bath houses on 6000-10000 sf lots. also this in the "world famous cupertino union school district" which is a big plus to a lot.
