Simon
I just changed my setup. I used to have one 12" Rockford Fostgate with a 100W amp @ 2 ohms. It sounded quite good since you can't go wrong with that brand. I was sick of it because of the box that was taking one place in the back. I purchased the Probox and the two subs from another member and I bought a Kenwood amp 550W RMS at 2 ohms. I didn't finish adjusting it yesterday night but it pounds a lot more equally having one on each side. I'm not used to it yet but it's got a lot more potential I just quit playing with it since it was enough for my ears in one night lol. Fallen.One05
I'm thinking i would move that amp... they do get really hot... and with a carpet seat RIGHT on top of it... you could have fire troubles....imo Edited February 25, 2007 by Fallen.One05 (see edit history)
Simon
Yeah I know me too I thought it would be kinda hot down there but it doesn't get hot at all I wanted to do the rear seat fold down trick and mount the amp behind the back seat but I tried this spot first and it makes it just easier to adjust and show off
