Fallen.One05
So i'm driving home..minding my own business.... Going between 68-73 in a 70mph zone. I see a line of cars approaching so i slow down to 70 (just incase a cop is in that line)... Sure enough... he was about the 2nd or 3rd car back.. He slowly pulled over... i went by... doing 68. So i didn't think anything of it... I keep an eye on my rear view mirror.... He's still pulled over. I'm about a mile past him... when he finally hits his lights and spins around... So i figured that he had someone else who was behind me... seeing as how it took him forever. So i pull into a grocery store parking lot...(as i wanted something to drink)...and like 5 seconds later the douche is behind me with his siren blaring.. So i shut off the engine.. wait for him to approach. I roll down the window... "good afternoon.. i'm officer douche" I need to see your license and PoI. *hands him info* "Reason why i stopped you was b/c i got you doing 80 in a 70. "i'll be right back" Me: (after he leaves) 80 in a 70? Really? The damn wind is blowing outside 30-40mph..with gusts even higher ****... i'd be lucky if my truck could hit 80 today... So now i have a courtdate set... but i know i'm getting out of this one... 1. I know for a fact (numerous people have told me)... that he isn't trained in reading a radar. 2. There's not a chance in hell he could have gotten an accurate reading...especially on me. 3. 80mph + 50mph winds = me flying. So needless to say... the officer is full of
desertss
if you cant do eighty with a 50mph headwind, maybe you need an ss

chpspecial
I got pulled over on thurs. night. but I got pulled over for lighting up all four tires, and crossing the intersection sideways. Who would think that an awd truck could get sideways when you are trying to just go straight. but somehow I got away with just a warning. can't complain with that. Sorry for your bad luck man. The idiots who built my moter quenched one of my gaskets and reused them, so it was giving me trouble. Now I changed the headgaskets and no problems what so ever. Still need more tuning dough. but its getting close.

747Racing
Hold on... When you get a ticket, don't they have to show you the gun showing the reading of how fast you were going? I thought they had to walk up with the gun and show you what it says before you get a ticket? Also, would the wind really affect a radar reading? Good luck with the ticket, On the plus side, it can't be that big of a ticket since you were only over by 10 right? I know in Canada they can't give you a ticket for going any less then 15km over (that's probably around 9.5mph) so if you were only doing 16km over, wont it just be a slap on the wrist kinda thing (as in no points and arond a hundred dollar fine)? Maybe tickets are different in the US, just kinda curious.
Fallen.One05
You know...i don't know if they have to or not... either way...he didn't. And i think i know what happened...see...a couple of days before ...he pulled over and watched...as me and another guy were passing people....anyways...thinking back on it..i think he took notes that day. That way, if he ever saw me again...he was going to bust me someway..somehow. I wouldn't be mad if i knew i was guilty..ya know? I would actually plead guilty and just pay the fine.... but i'm irritated b/c I WASN"T SPEEDING DAMN IT! I feel like i'm being harassed by him... -_- And yeah... the ticket is $5 for every mph over the limit... So it's $50 plus a $87 court fee. TDMSS
i wish our tickets went that way i got pulled over on the highway and the speed i was going 81 in a 65 he was 4 cars ahead of me but there were 2 in front of me, i have hids in my truck so i know it wasn't me that he stoped but there is nmo way to prove it that it wasn't me he got me for descrimintaion. and the shitty part was i just got my windows tinted that night it was an hour after he got me. he came to the side of my window and was hitting it with his flashlight to get me to roll it down, but anyways, i wish the tickets we got were $5 every mile but it starts out at 1-9 128, 10-19 186, 20-30 is 248 and this is in maine!
