Horrile chevy dealer

Im sure some of you remember my thread about my horrible service, well here is the newest development:

 

After I informed Stocker Chevrolet that I would be filing a complaint against they with the BBB for the horrible treatment I received if they didnt start treating me better, the service manager, Kim Snook, canceled my wheel order. So I have waited two weeks only to find out that bitch canceled my order all together. Now I have to start the process all over again at a different dealership. This really pisses me off. I gave her the chance to show the dealership could treat customers better, and she thanks me by dicking me over and canceling my rim order.

I didn't file a complaint, I told her that I felt as if i was not being treated fairly, and I would file if they did not improve. This dealer has been nothing but a dick to me, and I give them a chance to redeem themselves and they thank me by dicking me over.

I was just messin' with ya, of course this does suck.

 

I wonder though; If this dealership cancelled your wheel order, will that cancelled order show up when another dealer pulls up your VIN service/warrantee history to place another order - causing them to be leary of helping you out either? Just a thought, maybe some of the GM guys here can chime in on that...

No, they don't have thatr capability. The only thing that they can do, that I know of, is flag your VIN if they voided your warranty, but they can't/wont do it for "troublemakers". Not saying that's what you are, porno joe, just saying that's what they labeled you as for whatever reason. Your wheel problem should have been fixed by replacing the wheel with a new one to begin with. Don't know what's going through their heads, but be that as it may, I would just move on. Go to another dealer in your area, and start over. I wouldn't divulge too much info about the other dealer right off the bat. Just see how they approach your concerns then let them know your disappointment in the other dealer.

thanks for the info coolbluess, I am planning to jsut use another dealer when i get home from college. It jsut really pisses me off because I wasnt an **** and was nice to them and went behind their backs and notified the BBB, I gave them an advanced warning of what I planned to do if they didn't improve, and they thank me by ****ing me over. Does filing a complaint with the BBB actually do anything? I know it will go on record against this dealership, btw they already have 6 complaints against them, but does anything happen to them for having a complaint filed against them?
