SS_bnoon_SS Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 After working on other areas of the exhaust last week, I got to looking at the tip and realized that it sat to far away from the bottom of the bed. I looked for ways to raise it up, either by bending or cutting and rewelding the hangers, but I came away with a much easier solution. I just pushed the upper hanger through the thin rubber surround (close to the stock hole), then the lower hanger from the exhaust goes into the closer top stock hole instead of the bottom one. It pulls it over an inch closer to the panel than stock and looks great!!! I think I'll go just a touch closer by bending the upper mount upwards just a bit more, but for this tiny bit of effort, it's well worth it! Quote

SS_bnoon_SS Posted May 3, 2007 Author Report Posted May 3, 2007 nice mod, have anymore pics of your wheels?? never seen those before. Only one other pic on this PC. They are the Centerline Rotory Forged series "Zoom". Only 125 bucks each and weigh 24-26 pounds instead of 38 like the stock ones did. I want something different now though, just don't have the cash... Quote
