dont worry..... its here :)

id say you need a custom tune, FMUs suck. PM zippy or revolutionraceworks for that. there are injectors that fit in the stock rails, but you can always use spacers. id say a 42lb is appropriate for up to 8-10lbs. the "air to water" intercoolers you are seeing are most likely heat exchangers, which are no good without the physical intercooler. i recomend using the vortech "aftercooling" system. the one that comes with the vortec truck kits is quite effective and they sell it seperately. a BOV isnt entirely necesarry, but can be done if youd like. since you dont close your throttle plate during shifts, its kinda unnecesarry. you will definatly need a shift kit and some servos, which zippy also can hook you up with (he makes his own kits, they are great). other than that, shes gunna REALLY run now ;)

oh ya, id throw a higher stall converter in there to really benefit the power. if your on a budget the trailblazer I-6 stock converter is a good AWD upgrade. if not, call up yank or PI

So I can loose the FMU ?

yes but that wont be necessary once you go past maxing the maf out. i did that very quickly in the mid to high 4k roms with a vortech kit similar to a paxton. the 2bar will help with mileage and performance as well. it will take wuite a bit more time to tune though. you cant just get a a mail order tune and expect it to work awesome the first try. it will take multiple tunes to get iut just right and also a wideband will be necessary. a novi1200 should be good for about 10-11 psi and imo on a stock lq9 that is all i would do. as kelley said the trans should also be addressed before you at it . at the bare minumum i would do a zippy kit and a stall . a bov is nessary imo because you want to keep the blower boosting durin gshifts and blower surge can have some where on it. i agree the vortech aftercooler system is nice and works great if you do go with it , it will include all the intake piping to have a bov . that would be your best bet.
