raced another SSS

raced some guy locally (deerfield beach FL, anyone on here?). anyway, i'm pulling out of a gas station and see a black SSS pass so i catch up with him. He had side exit (on both pass and driver side) dual exhaust, chrome ss rims and it was lookin really clean. Asked about my tonneau cover ( i have the speedstur) and i asked bout his exhaust (he couldn't remember what kind he put on) any way. his is an 04 ( i think he said) and mine is an 06 and he said his was chipped with the exhaust and intake and all i have is the intake and TB spacer ( i kno u guys will give my sh*t for the tb spacer). either way we have a go at it and i thought i was gonna get my ass beat however i would see what my money would be going into by programming my car. but before i knew it, i pulled on him!! not a huge one but had him by a full truck length! i was pretty excited b/c i can only imagine wut it will be like when i do my pcm although it was at the cost of a fellow SSSer. he was a good sport and said it's b/c he's awd and i kinda felt bad but o well!

Remove the tb space :-p

If he has a chip he shouldnt be getting that much power, good kill. I suggest getting a zippy tune or even better since you are 2wd get a dyno tune!

Nice Kil I used to have a tb spacer on my truck and I don't think it helps you in anything, but I just loved the way it sounded with my intake.

i have seen that truck around the Deefield Beach area before a couple of times. whenever i go to Brews Room on the beach there, i always see that truck in the parking garage. i think he works there or something. it is a nice looking truck.
