04silveradoclone07ss Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 well i have a little rant, and i need to say something. i have been a customer with stylinconcepts for a while. bought a good amount of stuff from them. well last week (monday) i order a 2" hanger kit and 2 new shocks. was suposed to be here last thursday. been calling everyday to check on it. they gave me a tracer number and said they would call with any new info.(this is fedex) havent called stylin yet becuase i know its not there fault. well fedex has told me i cant file a claim until next monday and they are still out looking for it. well i got so pissed off i called stylin. i told them the situation and the guy was very sorry. he started looking and said " well sir it seems that we noticed it wasnt shipped to you so we sent you out another one today" then i asked what if fedex gets me the other one he said "o it looks like fedex returned it. seems yous shiiping label fell of and they returned it. to us, we are shipping your hangers out today" i asked about the shocks and he just noticed them he will call his warehouse tomorow and have them shipped to me also. im so pissed with fedex, they are leading me on saying there looking for it when actually they returned the thing themselves!!! now ive been without a drop for a while, so i will have to wait until next friday or sunday to install it, i highly doubt it will be in for this weekend and i still need the shocks. but i was just happyu that stylin looks up there shipment to see if they have been recived. im glad they sent me out another one. sorry for the rant but it sucks waiting for so long. also it seems like it happens to me because of there free shipping, i bet if i didnt use the code and paid for shipping it would have been here by now....thanks for reading if you read all of this. Things happen, and you called FedEx, the people you talk to just answer phones, and the only info they have to go by is what is in the computer... Sit tight it was handled correctly, and not the fault of anyone directly. Quote
04silveradoclone07ss Posted May 9, 2007 Author Report Posted May 9, 2007 i know it wasnt, thats why when i talked to everyone i was perfectly calm. i kept telling the guy at stylin that dont worry about it its not your fault. its just fedex keeps leading me to think that the package is out there and could be found when they actually returned the package from the shipping number. just thought that they would at least put it in the comp that it was returned to sender. wody Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 (edited) yeah fed ex has lost a 500 dollar package of mine before but i got my money back from that, so ever since then i don't like using them. now im waiting on some parts for my heads and they were here in vagas at 4:49 pm yesterday, so i thought for sure it would be delivered today a head of schedule..........but no, since my package isn't due to arrive until tomorrow they aren't going to send it out unitl tomorrow.
