Fireman31 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 I recently ordered Power Slot Rotors and Hawk Pads for my SS from TByrne Motorsports. I ordered them on a Sunday and I received a phone call the following morning advising me that the parts would be drop shipped from California. When I got the parts and went to install the, the pads were incorrect (too large for the brackets). I called TByrne the next morning and spoke to Carol. She was very appologetic and called Power Performance Group to find out why they sent the wrong pads. It turns out that Hawk doesn't have a brake pad for the '06 SSS. Carol called me back and appologized again, gave me an RMA number, and told me that my charge card would be credited for the cost of the pads, which it has been.
