I had an issue with a sweatshirt and he backed it up 100% even though it wasn't totally his fault. I ordered an XL sweatshirt and I didn't know it was preshrunk and not 100% cotton. I always buy stuff XL. When it came I was really bummed because it was HUGE. Because I travel alot, I didn't know for a few weeks. I pm'd him and sent it back. He sent me a new one ( L ) and didn't even ask for shipping costs. That makes him a great vendor that gets a big from me. Thanks ImpoSSter SS !!
