nuzman Posted June 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2007 Yeah, I'm sure the guy had to pay the insurance company back for whatever the settlement amount was back when it was stolen. I'd pay a couple grand back to the insurance company for a mint condition T-bird. The buyer on E-bay would have recourse against the seller and on back up through the chain of possession, but her chances of recovery are probably pretty slim.
