Chevcup47 Posted July 4, 2007 Report Share Posted July 4, 2007 Well after thinking and looking at everyones on here. i finally got the nerve to do mine. cleaned, sanded, coted with a can each of testors model window tint, then misted with gloss black and covered with a few coats of clear. they look really good and yes i also did the 3rd brake light. ill post pics as soon as i get the truck washed its really filthy right now and storming. so pics will probly be thursday ...........Dale Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chevcup47 Posted July 5, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 5, 2007 i like how they turned out. i had the lights on and it shines through nicely. and in the one pic you can see that the reflectors even still work. i may be making the 3rd brake light darker so all thats visible is the SS but not sure yet. im kinda kicking around the idea of doing my head lights next. would be alot better than buying thouse covers and would look alot better aslo im thinking.
