klhoskins
I did a search but found nobody who had a resolve for this same issue. Starting about a month ago, the truck started to have issues when idling but only when it's cold. As soon as it gets to operating temp, it's fine. Basically, the RPM's dip every few seconds. I have a K&N Intake so I thought it may be a MAF issue so cleaned that but it did not change a thing. Any ideas on this?

klhoskins
It's got 67k on it... I did the SeaFoam treatment about 4 months ago. I nearly had the fire dept show up from the smoke cloud that covered the block.

Fireman31
An erradic idle like that sounds like a sticking IAC (idle air control).
