KJT13
i don't think those will look like 24's when they're on.
kaotik1
Lexani forged wheels?? What is the weight of the 24's vs the 22's? What is the diameter difference? I just hink going to 24's will slow the truck, plus you will need more brake to slow those steam rollars. I like 22's and don't think I would need or want anymore. 04CHASE
weight differnece will be very minimal a few punds at most. the over all diamter is close 22's 31.6 and 24's 32.4 they come with bf goddrich ta tires and as for brake i already have the baer 6 pistons waiting to be installed. usabodyguard
you know my answer... i already have 24's... i get mad compliments out and about.... truck guys may want smaller for performance... but for looks 24 are just right for the wow effect... 26's are too big and every other soccer mom has 22"s on the suv now... dub 4's man... do it! rivierakid55
i like those wheels a lot but like your 22's as well. even though your sitting pretty low right now id like to see an awd really tucking 22's. so my vote is drop it another 1 or 2 inches all around and maybe go with some 285's or 295's on a 22 inch wheel. but then again yours are 10s if i remember right and that might not work either. 04CHASE
i think i can make a little more drop with the 22's work. the only thing im very skeptical about is the fact that these wheels are on ebay but the seller only offer money order or a cashiers check. he wont take paypal. he does have good feedback and all but ive seen some similar where someone hacked there account. here is the auction feedback is appreciated on it as well from regular ebayer's now no one try and win these though , i found em first. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/24-ASANTI-A...1QQcmdZViewItem
rivierakid55
no local pickup? that in itself sounds slim shady.
SS Silv
Have you always had in mind that someday you would like to switch to 24's, or was this a spur of the moment type deal?
brobradh77
no local pickup? that in itself sounds slim shady. I would definatley get in touch with Ebay and have them check up on these guys because they warn everyone against these kind of purchases. r8rs4lf
I went back and fourth on changing out my 22's for 24's. I even went as far as having them chopped on my truck and I just thought it was a bit much. Not only that, I was very concerned with rubbing issues whether going straight or at full turn. I went over the measurments with Bryan from Intro and it was going to be very close with a 35 series tire and he couldn't make a 24" X 8.5" rim in the style I wanted, only a 24" X 10". That is where the rubbing comes into play, with a 10" wide wheel. If it's a choice between bigger wheels or more drop, I'd opt for more drop. There is just something about a wheel close to the fender or even tucking. The only draw back with that is how much lower can you really go with the AWD? What kind of driveability will you have? There are gives and takes on both sides IMHO. One more thing to think about is your current wheels. You don't see too many of those now. That by itself would make me keep the 22's. 04CHASE
im still undeceided on the wheels i contacted ebay to see if they could contact the seller. the thing is these style wouldnt be my first choic if i were custom ordering asanti's but the price is good and and they dont look bad . ive always liked 24's and after seeing them on kelleyperformace truck with the drop caught my attention. these would fit with my current drop with minimal running which i have with the 22's with more drop i may have some more running issues but nothing i cant get around, ill know tommorrow what i will do .
