kaotik1
Yesterday I brought my truck to the local Carmax dealer here, to see what they would give me for a buy out on it. While the driver took out the truck for the test drive, I noticed the front lower grill missing. Long story short my truck was parked outside my garage last night and the night before, someone decided they need the lowers more than myself. I know they were taken, because I used teflon locknuts with locktite, to hold them the bolts on. To top it off when the sales person came to get my to tell me thier offer for my truck, the breakdown looked like this.. Exterior-Excellent condition not dings, dent, or scratches, otherwise perfect. Interior-Excellent condition, perfect. Test drive no issues low miles for year- perfect Due to brake upgrade(modification) and other body modifications, we will not concider this vehicle. I just don't have the time to put everything back to stock. I also just wanted to entertain the thought of one shot one check deal.
dl11sec70dodge
had the same problem with an 03 cobra, would not buy because of modifications. They would have offered about $1500 less then a regular dealer will give you on a trade in, try to sell p.p.
