Chrome SS wheels

Going back to the Silver SS wheels. These are aftermarket Chrome 20"x8.5" wheels w/ my factory Goodyear tires mounted and balanced along w/ new center caps. They have been on my truck since July. The tires have 24k on them (5/32-7/32 tread left) Wheels are like brand new w/ the exception of 1 small area on the lip of 1 wheel that has pealed. I am asking $1000.00 plus shipping or I may do partial trade for something cool :dunno:

I may end up driving the SS this winter. I am going to put new tires on the silver stockers. I do admit the chromes do look 100% better though. If I don't sell them it is no biggy, they will just go into storage for the winter.

If the chrome has peeled because of a factory defect I'd send it back and get a new one. I know if I was looking to buy wheels I wouldn't want to risk buying one that may continue to peel . And if it's still under warranty then it would be free for you but probably not for the new buyer.

They are replica wheels and I have sealed the area (clear nail polish works perfect) so it will not continue to peel

tires arent brand new, arent in bad condition at all but pry not what you are looking for? What else are you looking to get in trade? I really like the wheels but itd be tough to come up with $1000+

What caused the one wheel to peal? Bad Chrome? Hit a curb? I'm interested in the wheels. Can you PM me more info?
