moog5050 Posted September 4, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 ...now...how bout some pics if ya can already mounted it but it is a 3 inch pvc out of the breakvent to a 3-2inch adapter, maybe 3-4 inches of 2 inch pvc, 90 degree bend, and another 7-8 inches of 2 inch pvc up to the box with a 3-2inch adapter at the end. The 3 inch fits perfect in the vent and the 3-2 adapter will fit reasonably snugly over the lip on the volant box. I did a complete 3 inch one before, but it pushed the tire well guards in a bit. When I went to bigger rims and tires it was rubbing a bit. 2 inch pvc gives you pleanty of clearance and the 3inch adapters catch more air and fit correctly over the volant box. Basically I just cut, dry fit, glue and paint. 20 bucks including the pvc cleaner and cement. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
