You can find decent flips in Arizona and New Mexico. California is just outrageous for housing costs, unless you flip houses out in the Inland Empire where housing prices arent as bad, but still pretty high. Im going Sunday to the fair grounds...If you see a dirty, and I mean hasnt been washed ever black SS. Its mine...Write something on the hood so I know you guys showed up.
