Its from my dads 02 suburban but I'm pretty sure it fits our trucks, looks exactly the same. Use your own colored cap with it. It is a heated mirror but no blinker in it. I know it doesn't have the blinker or glass, but if you need one and don't feel like payin $300 or whatever the price is from the dealer I'll let this go cheap. There are no defects with it.
