sundowner
I have noticed since the day that I got my truck that if I am over 85 or over 70 and a window down that my roof pops up and down...sounds like an old vw bus I can push my roof in from the outside with one finger and little pressure. Anyone else have this problem??

I CORNER
I haven't noticed any of that, but the top makes a horrible noise when the blowers hit it in the touchless car wash.

AUTOGUY
GM Needs to put ribs in the roof of these trucks like they do on the Suburbans and Crew Cabs. My 02 Sierra Crew Cab with a longer roofline is much more rigid than my SS!!! Or you can always have a sunroof put in!!!!!!
zippy
one thing this truck sure doesn't need is more weight. i wonder how it'd be at 160?
AUTOGUY
one thing this truck sure doesn't need is more weight. i wonder how it'd be at 160? You mean the Sunroof? If you put in a Pop top you can remove the glass to lighten it up....Although it would not help aerodynamically at 160!!!!

FalconPilot
ditto the car wash thing. All of my driving above 55 is with the windows up. The wind chill here (with a 60+ wind) is colder than a witches tit with a copper bra! Chad

Luthier_1
When ever I go through my local car wash, I have to hold the roof up because the centrifical blowers will blow it in. I would hate to roll the truck over our roof wouldnt stand up.
