Vortec MAX Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 I was crawling around under my Vortec MAX to see how tough it's going to be to put this SuperMAXX system on, when I saw something cool. My tranny fluid gets routed through the radiator, then through a second cooler mounted in front of everything behind the grille, then back to the tranny. I see where you SS guys are always upgrading the tranny cooler when you add higher stall TCs. Are the SS trucks set up like this from the factory, or is this just a Vortec MAX thing?
