SS Silv
My truck has hit 97,000 miles and due to daily driving and a loud stereo my truck sounds like a bandwagon. Has anyone every tried to tighten up as many screws/bolts as possible in the cab to make the truck sound a little tighter?

supersub
good luck finding all of them. Its worth a try A big one comes from the doors and they really sqweek,if that is one of the noises (quite anoying)It comes from the door speaker,gm used a press style attachment and it loosens over time and litterally sqweeks, just remove the trim panel and locate the speaker. At the top of the speaker you will see a wide tab, press down and pull outward releasing the speaker from the door, clean and place a layer of duct tape and relpace.it will cure that anoying sqweek. drako
Also hit a couple of joints etc with lithium grease. Another way is to "press" on certain parts of the cab and try and find squeeks Little trial and error...from a person who has you DO NOT want to take apart the interior
