steelin3rd Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 yea man i went through this...well am still. water comes in all around rear window, and drips down onto top of seat. i had the rear window pulled and reinstalled. the guy said the seal on the topside seemed bad. that didn't fix the problem, but made it better. i then put tape around the 3rd brake light, that fixed it. so, most likely your problem is a weak gasket on the 3rd brake light. a new GM brake light is about $89....pretty high. i haven't decided whether to get a GM new one, an aftermarket, or to make my own gasket. keep us posted on yours.
