asund24 Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 hey i have an 2003 SS. i put a magna charger and the stock tranny went out a month later. i had the guys at the tranny shop put some goodies in it but that only lasted about 90 days and now its gone again. But both times the the one two shift is what broke. the first time the 2/4 band went out and didnt shift into two but all the other gears worked. this time when it was shiffting into second it really blew it. did u by chance learn anything of what was causing the slip. thanks for ur time.
