00silverad0 Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Well, I came across some old emblems off my dads 69 SS Camaro and 70 SS Chevelle. I was looking at them last night and thought , "How would these look on our trucks"? Has anyone ever done a different badge of the SS because ours is a little different than the camaros 99-02 etc Heres a pic of what I'm talking about. Like the Classic SS badges. How do you think these would look on an SSS? I'm sorta temped to try. Only problem is that they are not just an emblem, they are a complete piece with studs that go into the paint. kissfans03ss Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 I say leave the classic emblems with the classic vehicles,look at it this way the classic emblems are more rounded like the cars were back then and the updated emblems are more squared off and elongated like our trucks i just think our emblems fit our trucks. Hack off the bolts and flatten out the SS emblems and test fit them to my truck. I'll try and get it done tomorrow then post some pics. If it dosent look good, its not going on. Just a little idea .
