packjh Posted May 12, 2008 Report Share Posted May 12, 2008 I pulled onto the interstate and i was mostly worried about this big diesel behind me. It looked like he wanted to play but this tundra rolls up and stays with me so i was like well i been waiting for this... I pulled it down in third and from an 80 roll we were neck an neck till about 90 then i pretty much start pulling hard... i let out of it and he went flying past i then c aught back up to him and had it hammered all the way thru 120 just let him know he didnt win... not sure what happen to the ford but i know he was back there somewhere... i just happy to know i could beat that damn tundra. I think it takes headers, intake and exhaust to get us into the high 13's, if that. I think i've read some people have gotten the RCSB Tundra's into the high 13's low 14's stock. I think 14.18 is the record at tundrasolutions for a stock RCSB 5.7. I hit a 9.175 the other night in the 1/8 which is like a 14.2 (est.) but thats with intake and exhaust. But you know how it goes, no 2 trucks run the same, even with the same mods.
