I'm stock, got an CAI and plan on an exhaust very soon. Sounds tempting. Could the gas gage isssue be corrected? I thought these were VIN specific? But what do I know. I might take this off your hands if the gage can be corrected. What other mods to the pmc? Torque managment? Fuel Mileage?... mbarnes Posted May 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 21, 2008 (edited) Tzer the pcm has been "performance tuned" im no tuner but from what i understand many things are fine tuned from the factory settings. i believe torque management has been reduced but not eliminated because its not tuned for a shift kit. as for fuel milage it should increase from 1-2 mgps . and for the e fans its not currently tuned for them but it could be. the fuel guage can be corrected. and lastly they are not vin specific there is a post about a key relearn process ive seen. hope this answers your ?s.
