Murder is illegal and people still do it, but were not going to make that legal. I'm not arguing with you, in fact I agree with you in a respect, I'm just playing devils advocate. You have to concider the people who don't smoke pot because it is illegal. There are MANY doctors and business man who don't smoke pot because the risk of being busted. Now, don't get me wrong, there are MANY doctors and business man's who do smoke pot, but legalizing only gives them a better excuse to get high, which is totally wrong, imo. That isnt a very good arguement at...how many driving while smoking weed deaths/accidents have you read about vs. DWI? How many times have you heard of someone smoke weed and go home and beat his wife or chldren up vs alcohol?
