Hankg42 Posted July 3, 2008 Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 I've never really had a problem with UPS as far as receiving personal stuff on time. However, when we have used them at work to ship computer equipment, that's a different story. Odds are better than 50/50 that what we ship will be damaged in transit. We always insure the items, but that doesn't help when a critical piece of gear has to be somewhere, in working condition. We'd prefer to use FedEx, but we're required to use a union carrier.
