silverado777 Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 I am one of those guys who like a clean simple truck. No moldings, min. emblems, no stickers....etc. The air bag warning stickers on my visors look horrible! Does anyone know how to take these off without screwing up the visor??? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks! Quote
pimp ss Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 Just do like I did cover the headliner in suede and cover over the visor holes leave them out it is much cleaner and you can make it charcoal color like it should have been from the factory Quote
cadowns Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 It depends a lot on how long the stickers have been in place. I have read that using a hair drier will break the glue so that you can just peel them off. Good luck with the project. CD Quote
zdogefizzle Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 i have a 99 sierra so i dont know if my stickers are diffrent but about 6 months ago i just used my fingernails one time when i was sitting in the car waiting for my girlfriend. they took a little peeling but came right off and i dont see any kind of glue still on there. although like i say mine is a 99 so that might have helped me a little but im not shure because my badges where a pain to remove. harder than normal Quote
cwest94 Posted August 31, 2008 Report Posted August 31, 2008 I still have the yellow airbag warning label on my glove box. Quote
