Question About Intercooler Option

We might be looking at Justins truck so this is just a feeler question.

 

If I was running 10 lbs of S/C boost, what would be the best I/C option? I don't want to spend more than say, $500 including piping, and bending can be done by the local muff shop, but I can do all the welding myself. Should I go with a 2, 3 or 4 row and should I go with air to air to keep it simple.

 

Any input is greatly appreciate.

3 core should be good. I've run a 2 core ebay intercooler pushin 1 bar/14lbs boost and it held up just fine.
