Engine & Tranny Swap 4.3l To 6.0l

I am about to start a engine and tranny swap going from a v6 and 4l60e to a 6.0L (LQ4) and 4L80e. Is there any pitfalls that I need to be aware of? i have the complete wiring harness and computer for the 6.0L and tranny. My truck is an 03 model the motor and tranny that i am installing is from an 06 van. I am also installing electric fans when i do this swap over. my plans after the install is complete is to upgrade the motor to L92 heads, L76 intake and a fairly strong cam. Does anyone have anything i should worry about when doing this conversion.

i know that the radiator will need to be changed, steering pump, and the rear end reinforced (i think)
