I dont have any kinda steam cleaner so thats out. Any tips? Quote

Blue Coral Carpet Cleaner(aerosol)........spray it on the mat, let the foam sit for 4-5 minutes, scrub with a scrub brush, vacuum thoroughly with a shop vac.
