F1SSS Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 I know the owner/operator of Aamco transmissions in Haverhill and Somerville (he is into older mustangs and camaros) . Do everything on our trucks including heavy transmissions mods. I am starting next week and will be doing oil changes. Anyone in MA/NH want to beef up their tranny by having a shift kit installed etc, or just some other service/work done PM me. mike1booth Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 not to bash aamco but we took my mothers 01 regal to the one in leominster a few years back and spent 2500 to have it rebuilt... to make a long stort short, the car went back over 20 times (no shit) over the next 2 years and was never right, on top of that there were issues over who should pay for the rental cars while her car was ties up ALL those times but this was leominster aamco not the one you pulgged Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
