When you say 'delete' you mean just tune the PCM to not read them? No, in some areas that are not strict with emmisions, some guys gut or totally remove their cats. In turn you will have to delete the rear 02 sensors from your PCM. NY requires cats also, thats why I got the entire Dynatech package that included high flow cats.
