i love this memorial site in Arlington. the history and prestige of not only the unknown soldiers, but also the guards watching over the tomb. i'll put a general link up, but there is way more info and history to read about it on other sites.

November 11th brings a little more memories back for myself. My grand father, a WWII veteran, passed away on November 11th 2001. He was buried with full military honors 3 days later. To the 57 crew members who fought and died on his ship along his side, the men who survived, the tens of thousands since them who have served, and tens of thousands who have given their lives, Thank You.
