how do you install this pice of ....stuff its a gmos-04 ?

I assume you are trying to hook up an aftermarket HU? Well first you take out your old head unit and unhook the factory harness, this plugs into the factory harness and you need to connect the ground/black, power/red, constant/yellow to the new HU harness then plug the RCA's into the back of the new HU pre-outs and your done. Take about 10min, just make sure to check the gains set on the GMOS before buttoning it all up, the door chimes are normally set extremely high from factory so be sure to turn it down to the appropriate level.
