Krambo Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 ...Just finished snowblowing the driveway. We got about 8 inches so far. The snow is off limits for my truck. I had my fun driving 3.5 hrs home today from work. I'm going to bed. BTW Rob, thanks for the text...Discover is where it is at for sure Quote
jwr140 Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 had 4 inches here on long island lol i measured it with a ruler just for fun. i took out the snowmobile for a blast down the street and back. and though and behold i have to fix it tomorrow. turns out a relay got stuck during summer hibernation and i have no headlights, gauges, guage lights, brake light. oh well, it was a fun 20 minutes lol Quote
shockx5 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 Just got in from snowblowing the driveway. Took the SS for about 6 laps around the block, spinning most of the time (intentional). My neighbors think I'm crazy... Got about 4 inches when I took the pics; right now its at about 6. Quote

Fireman31 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 had 4 inches here on long island not really a blizzard, but enough snow to f*ck up all the roads.....a normal 40 minute commute me took 2-1/2 hours this evening This is what my baby looked like just before I left work..... Quote
Lefty Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 Yawn... That's considered a "flurry" where I'm at. Stay safe out there...normally it's the "other guy" you have to look out for. People turn into idiots with snow on the road. Quote

I drove around evrywhere drifting anyroad i could find, and having fun in all kinds of parking lots. It feels awesome doing axis donuts in AWD lol. Bouncing off 6k in that 1 below D ont my colum shifter is great. Quote
brobradh77 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 yes brad yall have tornados and fireants! Right..lol and apparantly flooding problems as of late.. Quote
8hnpSS Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 I didn't get any pics but I love the snow. Drove about 80 miles yesterday just flying around turns and doing donuts and stuff. The only bad part was waiting in all of the trafic to get to the big empty parking lots and side streets. Quote

I came to Logan, Utah to spend christmas with my parents, the only sad thing about it is that I could'nt drive my SS up here cause it is rear wheel drive and i drove from San Juan, Texas about 1650 miles away from home but worst thing about is that i had to drive my friends F-150 4X4 to make it OK. Now i regret not buying an all wheel drive...Oh well....enjoy your allwheel drive... Quote
