20_blkss_04 Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 like it ses my dash lights behind the heater control...the one blue to red symbol for the heater isnt lit up anymore only one side is...what do i do to fix it??? Quote
Tzer Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 Well it's probably just the bulb out. I'm guessing that all you need to do is pull the dash bezel off, take the heater control out and look for the bad bulb. Just a guess here. someone else chime in if this isn't right. Quote
20_blkss_04 Posted December 21, 2008 Author Report Posted December 21, 2008 wait a minute thers an actual bulb behind every thing in our truck???? - this is the red to blue indicator for your heat in a silverado.....not digital control....if your rite and there is a bulb im pumped easy fix!!! Quote
IronmanKen Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 like it ses my dash lights behind the heater control...the one blue to red symbol for the heater isnt lit up anymore only one side is...what do i do to fix it??? i wish it was that easy, but its not, i took my dash apart and the climate control and the bulb is actually wired into the climate control, so you cant just get a new bulb. I went on to ebay and bought a used one, but they are sold as is with no warranty. I took the chance and brought one for $60 w/ free shipping ,but the one i bought has the same problem, so now i have to buy and new one from GM or take a chance and buy a used one off of ebay. hope this helps you out Quote
