NorCalSS Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 Sup Guys, I gotta major problem, while drivin on the freeway tonight my left front tire blew out. Now my question is- since I am dropped with McGaughys and have 22" inch rims, where should I put the spare tire for now. In the front or the back? I remember you guys saying that the only way to put a spare on a lowered truck w/ rims was either the back or front. Thanks guys and I hope you guys are enjoying the holidays. Quote
rojo_143 Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 Is the overall diameter of your 22" rim and tire the same or close to factory size? Quote
BigCountry Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 (edited) it may fit on the front, if you've got a 17" spare or the 16" spindles, if not it'll need to go on the back and move the rear tire to the front. BTW - who's the chick in your sig? Edited December 26, 2008 by BigCountry (see edit history) Quote
