If it is your first restall / refresh, they may only charge you shipping. You get that service when you buy one of the best converters on the market. I requested that my 2800 10.5" converter be stalled to 3400 and they stated they really couldn't so I had to drop down to the 9.5 to achieve the stall rating I desired.
