30 minutes later... daily vitamin with breakfast

between breakfast/lunch i take glutamine

before workout : fast twitch and glutamine

after workout : syntha-6 and glutamine

not at all.

i figured since i'm not taking any excess amounts of it i'd be fine.

the nitrix recommeds 3 serving a day and i'm only doin it in the mornin to get my body goin.

and i didn't want to end up payin a premium on health insurance bc of all these supplements.

so i didn't let him know.

You will be fine. There's nothing that you listed that will hurt you. Most of it is Amino acids and protein. ZMA is zinc and magnesium. Only thing really to watch out for is pro steriods. So go for it.

I think everyones body reacts differantly. i think age health and family health history can play apart in it. i use to take celltech /nitrotech and a couple other things a couple of years ago and my doctor recomended me to stop taking them do to my hypertention(blood pressure) and family history of diabetes /high blood pressure.

True Cell tech wouldn't be good for someone with diabetes, but the nitro tech is nothing but protein should be alright to take. There's nothing that's going to beat a good diet

(protein/carb/fats ratio) no matter what you take. Supplements are exactly what they are. SUPPLEMENTS. They are not to replace a good meal.

are you trying to bulk, or cut ?

Just keep in mind anything over 120% of your daily limit your body is just going to digest and not use anyway.. alot of that is going to waste. Sometimes keeping it simple and changing your actuall work out routine is a better way to get past peaks then double and triple stacking suppliments.

when I was stuck at the same max bench for a month.. i went from a 4-6-8 set, to a lighter 12-12-15 set.. same suppliments... in 1 week i gained 15lbs on flat bench

right now im just on nano vapor, halo, and daily vitamin. when im sluggish 3 hydroxycut extremes are a nice boost.

if you don't want to spend $95 for a pump pill, just drink green tea and ice cold water.

hopefully some of this rambling helps

i do too like to keep it simple sometimes.

but i haven't been workin out for so long, that i wanted some more boost extra fast to get back in the game.

and from this stack i'm already seeing results.

i just one week.

IMO creatine is pointless, it's great when you're on it but once you stop you shrink back to what you were, at least that's what I've experienced and seen among everyone that's taken it. gakic and leukic is by far my favorite, gotten the best results out of those.

You should be alright on what you're taking. Right now I'm only doing protein and on a good diet plan.

try a supplement called stemulite. with this and a good diet you will be good. there is no need for all that stuff. trust me. the army has used this for a little while. its good stuff. just google it. plus it will be cheaper than what you are doing now.
