Honestly, you are going to see some wavyness on most cladding pieces espeacially if the cladding is from on 03 or 04.

It's just they way it is. Do a search on the site and you will see many others have the same issues, me included.

Heres what I would do:

Lay it on the floor with the paint side down and heat it up with a heat gun or even a hair dryer...

or

Lay it on the floor with the paint side down then grab small red brick set where it where it needs to go and let it sit in the hot sun all day.

(you can substitute the red brick for anything else that has sufficent weight)

what if maybe i did wat you sed but heated with a gun while its on there??? i got a nice weight thats about 40 puonds perfectly flat!

That would work.

if you want your truck to look good throw it away and by one from this dude on ebay. hes got all oem parts for crack head prices.

You can order a new one but these things are pretty flexible im sure it will lok like new after

The material used to make these cladding pieces are "TPO",For that it does have what you would call memory.

Heat it up with a heat gun,it will fall back into shape @ 90-95%,then once in place do a raped cool down.it will hold, repeat several times.some cosmetic repair may be needed.

the floor awieght idea is a good one, just add heat, then cold.

I bought one of those pieces he is selling, they are fugged UP! lucky i only need to cut the end off.

these seem to be factory run offs, discards do to LARGE face SCARS.
