haul@ss
Great improvement! The drop looks way cleaner than stock. Since when did belltech make orange components haha. How do the stock bumpstops and new ones compare in size, both front and back? Did you cut the front ones or leave em as they were? And how big do you think the 4922's are? The ones that came with my leafsprings are smashed up pretty bad so i'm thinking i need a smaller one for more travel.

BigCountry
For haul@ss 4922 compared to the stock rear bump stop, I probably should have just got rid or the bracket and bolted the stock bump stop straight to the frame Clearance after shackle install with the stock bumpstop The squish factor of the factory Jounce Bumpers after untwisting the t-bars 4923 compared to the factory Jounce Bumper. Just pry out the factory one and pop the new one in after the bolt is removed. ces63ss
I love the stance. I will have to duplicate your drop. How bout a list of the parts you have used so I can order all at once. what shocks will you be running? thanks, cesar.
black00chev
Im curious how you went about painting the front grill. What was the process you went through and all that? thanks.
BigCountry
stock shocks, shackles and an 18mm socket to uncrank the front bars, that's it other than the new bump stops. I used a die grinder to remove the plastic "welds" on the back side so I wouldn't have to tape off the whole grille. Then I sanded until the shine was gone, coated with self etching primer, then with rattle can paint to match from paintscratch.com, then clear. I should have hit it with a couple more coats of clear though. Oh, and JBweld on the rear tabs to reconnect the newly painted section.
