Well after restarting computer 30 times and clearing my online history and double checking on how to unblock sites nothing worked. So i pull the shotgun off the wall loaded and fired one warning shot Actually all i did was unplug my wireless device from on usb port to another. And that worked... i heard sometimes all you gotta do is completely unplug your connection turn it off let it reset and then it might work...
